A globally stable practically implementable PI passivity‐based controller for switched power converters

In this article, we propose a PI passivity-based controller, applicable to large class of switched power converters, that ensures global state regulation desired equilibrium point. A solution problem requires full state-feedback, which makes it practically unfeasible. To overcome limitation construct observer is implementable with measurements are available in practical applications. The reconstructs the finite-time, ensuring convergence PI. An adaptive version observer, where some parameters converter estimated, also proposed. excitation requirement for very weak and satisfied normal operation converters. Realistic simulation results illustrate excellent performance robustness vis-à-vis noise parameter uncertainty proposed output-feedback
